2010 Season

The Motor Vessel (MV) Balmoral returns to the Bristol Channel from Saturday 14th August - Wednesday 15th September.

In August and September you can visit the seaside in Ilfracombe – explore Lundy Island – cruise round the ‘Channel Islands of Flat Holm & Steep Holm – visit Minehead for the CAMRA Real Ale Festival – sail from a new departure point Briton Ferry – cruise all the way to Clovelly – cruise round historic docks and have fun on a Showboat!

There is fun and adventure for children on Pirates and Princesses day and and special offers for Senior Citizens. So bring family and friends along for a Great Day Out!

About Waverley Excursions Ltd

Both the Waverley and Balmoral ships are operated by Waverley Excursions Ltd., a non-profit making subsidiary of Waverley Steam Navigation Company ltd., which has been in existence since 1974. This charitable company is associated with the Paddle Steamer Preservation Society (PSPS).

Passengers can choose Day, Afternoon and Evening Cruises where they can relax aboard beautiful heritage ships and soak up the stunning coastal scenery of the South Wales, Somerset and Devon coasts.
